Wilkes-Barre Academy fosters a holistic educational experience by actively promoting the arts, with annual Winter Follies that engage every student from kindergarten to eighth grade in singing, dancing, and acting. In addition to drama as a dedicated subject in middle school, the curriculum is enhanced by field trips to the Scranton Cultural Center, where students learn from professional performers. These efforts culminate in five professionally staged shows, complete with costumes, sound, and lighting, showcasing the students' talents and hard work.
